It helps us help you if your email includes:
- The version of Styled you’re running (Settings → About).
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- A short description of what you did and what happened.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual.
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Styled subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple, not through the Styled app. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Styled.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the auto-renewal. You keep access to Styled until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app alone doesn’t cancel the subscription.
How do I get a refund?
All Styled refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Styled charge, and request a refund. If Apple declines and you think we got something wrong, email us and we’ll help advocate.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in to your new iPhone with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then open Styled. The app will restore your subscription automatically. If it doesn’t, there’s a Restore Purchases option in Settings inside the app.
Calendar connection isn’t working
Styled connects to your iPhone calendar through Apple’s Calendar app. Make sure the account you want (Google, iCloud, Outlook, etc.) is added in Settings → Calendar → Accounts on your iPhone. Styled will then see those events. If calendar access was denied, toggle it back on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Styled.
Weather isn’t updating
Styled uses your location to pull current weather. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Styled and make sure location access is set to “While Using” or “Always.”
An outfit recommendation was wrong / bad
Tap the veto option on the recommendation and the Stylist will generate a different suggestion. Feedback is what trains the app to understand your taste — the more you veto, the sharper it gets. If something was really off, email us with a screenshot.
I want to delete my account and data
Email support@getstyled.app with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address associated with your Apple ID, and we’ll remove your data. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we hold and how long.
How does the AI work? Who sees my photos?
Styled uses Claude (by Anthropic) to analyze wardrobe photos and generate outfit recommendations. The full breakdown of what’s sent and what’s not is in the Privacy Policy. Short version: your photos and wardrobe metadata are sent to Anthropic for processing; your identity is not.
